Stayed 3 nights for a work conference and had a wonderful experience. The staff upgraded me to a larger room for free, which was clean and smelled fresh. Incredible location with restaurants and a grocery store nearby, plus easy parking. 15 minutes (with traffic) from Rupp! Breakfast was great every morning. Even when the fire alarm went off one day, the staff handled it well. Overall, friendly service and a very comfortable stay! Would totally come back!
We had a Dr appointment at UK. They are so warm and helpful and polite . They are tucked away in the corner. It was neat and clean Their breakfast was delicious I'm going to stay there there when I get my surgery soon. I didn't want to leave.
My husband and I stayed here for 3 weeks while house hunting. When we first arrived, I was not happy with the room. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and all of the utensils that were in the drawer were also very dirty. Then I got the plates, coffee mugs and glasses, also washed those. So....two dishwasher cycles later, everything was better. Since then, we really haven't had any problems. I would recommend if you need to stay for a week or longer.
We stayed for 2 nights. The second night was much disturbing because the families who took rooms that night were running and literally screaming through the corridors, both kids and adults, for until 11 pm. I have to turn the fan of the AC on to get rid of the screaming but still it went through!
Great location great staff everyone is so friendly the rooms are so clean and I couldn’t ask for a better hotel I come here once a year for vacation and I always choose this hotel I recommend this hotel for anyone who wants a great hotel experience
We had a good one night stay here on a snowy night before my wife had a medical procedure. We wanted to get close to the medical facility where it took place. No major knocks on the motel. Nothing or nobody zoomed us with exceptional service however. Everyone was polite to us at check in and out. Rooms were clean enough. Breakfast was common fare before checkout. Good stay.
The room was very clean. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The location is great. There is about anything that you need very close.
Great place if you have to spend several days. We were there 2 days - with our 2 dogs - it was perfect for us. Visited grandson at school at UK.
